Check engine light tacoma

Last summer bought my son a 2019 Tacoma. 6 cylinder. 2 wheel drive. Automatic transmission. Last week his check engine light came on just after he filled up with gas. Checked the gas cap and it was good. Checked the code at OReilly and it said cylinder one was the issue. Engine has just over 50 k on it so I didn’t think that was it plus it ran normal. Dumped a can of Seafoam in there and the next day the light goes off. Yesterday the light came back after a week. What would cause this? Is cylinder one really the problem?

What is the exact code? It really could be any a few things that would trigger a cylinder malfunction.
