Drew a 16a NM Tag, outfitter recommendations?

First time applying for elk after having dreamed of it since I was a teenager. Ended up getting lucky drawing unit 16a first archery. Given the unlikelihood of drawing the tag again I’m wanting to go with an outfitter. I’ve never really used an outfitter for a hunt before so I’m looking for recommendations. The few I’ve talked to all sound about the same.

I’ll add the ones mentioned to the list and remove compass west. I’m trying for a 7 day hunt which some outfitters charge extra for. Talked with Savid Mathew’s yesterday and like what I heard.

they were one of the first outfitters I called. Unfortunately the person I talked to made it seem like I’d be with a random guide he knew nothing about and couldn’t give me much detail which made me a bit uncomfortable.

he books up really quick. The good ones are good enough they have enough contracted in a cluster of units that they usually have 3+ draw, plus 1 or 2 that had LO voucher procured. example He may had 3 draw and 3 LO in 15 or 13 so may not have a big camp in 16a , etc

Id call epic outdoors too if you need some more options. They may know a few smaller guides that also guide Gila’s
