Anyone have anything good or bad to say about them? I might get on for my landowner (older widow lady), who likes to watch the deer off her patio. Where her old feeder is, was under a big tree with major roots and she can’t fill her old feeder. So I was going to get her one fill it and she’s all set. Thoughts?

I had my on them, eyes are now diverted.

After the fact, I read the reviews on TS website and though there’s plenty of good ones a 10-15% failure rate coincides with my experience. My buddy and I bought 4 at the same time and as of today none of them are operational. We manage to get them going and then it’s another issue within 2 weeks; timer reset for no reason, fuse blown, battery connectors not crimped with contact, solar panels not charging, spinner plates stuck, motor shaft in a bind, etc, etc. I need dependable feeders with several weeks between lease trips and I simply can’t trust these to feed consistently. Congrats to those who can. I’ve offered to bring them all back to their office for a refund to no avail. I plan on bringing them to the house in June and retrofitting every factory part with other brands replacement parts. Expensive lesson learned. Read the reviews for yourself and hope you have better luck than the rest of us who got burned:
