Barring the contributions in philanthropy to local communities, I'm not a fan of HEB due to the owner's political views, beliefs, and political contributions. So I try to stay away from there. And shop elsewhere.

I’m a strong believer in the rope myself.
There is no rehabilitation for this type behavior.
We are so quick to want to punish these perverse people with long prison sentences, not realizing they are going to reoffend and create more victims and future offenders.
Hang them and quit letting them future infect society.

I think castration would fix his problem—along with removing whatever he exposed. Not sure about a fix for her, but the rope/gas/needle/240v would work.
