During their trip to Argentina, they were surprised to find it to be one of the cleanest places they had ever visited, especially since they travel abroad 2-4 times a year.

I got it once from a restaurant at the Charlotte airport. I believe from bad hamburger. Never so sick in my life for 7 days. Multiple trips to medical care facilities in Nova Scotia.

To that end, one other medication I travel with—one you can take when you can’t keep anything down—is an anti-nausea, anti-emetic called promethizine (trade name: Phenergan). In suppository form.

Wow that really stinks to end it that way! We just got back in October but had an absolute blast! It's absolutely a bucket list trip and very very hard to explain to people. It's just...not possible to explain how many birds are down there, or the hospitality.
