Via telecom pricing for a rock saw at 30" cover at 20-25.00 per foot:

    40,000 to 50,000

Mine was 1,300’ total. Rented machine with Rocksaw blade one day.
Clean it out, laid the pipe and covered with rented regular “Ditch-Witch” next day. Some serious rock, mostly caliche soil.
Flat, no clearing. I have forgotten rental prices but it was cheap. Yours may have a lot more rock.

Robersons rentals in Brownwood are really a great group to work with.

In kerrville its about 1800 a day for a rocksaw and operator. It all depends on how hard the rock is but I would say max 6 days. Could be 2 days if its scattered rock.

I am confused. Saw and operator is 1/10 that?
DYI is 1/2 that 1/10th. So is it the terrain or l
”mob” costs that is the difference?

I would run across the top of ground before I would pay that

Na, done it before, be sure and have a couple unions so it can be drained if we get some of that crazy cold weather. I am about to run about 5000 feet of waterline, thank goodness it is all sand.
