Another great day on the water. Started out a little slow, maybe the storms yesterday or cool morning. When it started it was on though. Easily had my limit. Finally got too windy where I was in the yak so moved over to a more protected area & caught a few more before it shut down for the morning. Kept a few for a good neighbor & my cousin.

Couldn't resist the fun & had to go back this AM. Bite wasn't as fast ,but still steady. Kept a few good sized ones for another neighbor after being asked about fresh fish being given away. LOL!

We went out this morning for 3 hrs. Fished from 730 am to 1030 am and put 37 keepers in the boat. They are still there but the bite ended by 930 am.

I made it too, it was smooth and fast and furious. Brought home a few for my mom. And my bite quit about 830 am. Couple guys in kayaks by me had 75 bull perch. They were killing them.

Made a trip today. Definitely slowing down. Really surprised we are still catching them there. I caught about 10-12 cats & about that many big perch. All let go today. Enjoyable mornin on the water.
