    Winter is officially over

My pee-cans are starting to bud. Seems awful early this year, of course it has been fairly warm as well.

Pecans around here aren't close. I'm sure I'll be making hot chocolate on Easter......

Buzzards returning, mesquites blooming, don't signal the end of winter. I've seen them wrong many times but never have I seen another freeze or cold winter day after seeing a scissortail. Still haven't seen one yet, so I write this awaiting on a scissortail sighting as a cold front blows thru West Texas.

I am confused. What cactus and why too late?
I am killing lots of pear everyday.

We/I cannot even imagine having a summer like last summer. We work outside and it was brutal.

Aerial spraying. Don't want to burn trees with leaves. My place has alot of pear.

Y’all sound like a bunch of ****ed Yankees. Its pronounced pa-cons. And little mesquites lie. Bull mesquites don’t. When they bud winter is over.
