Centerville is an hour or so away. Excuse my assumption that actually being in the same town as the service in question might provide more insight on daily dealings….

Because it’s not everyone else’s, he has a reputation around here for these things. Look, I defended him for a long time same as you until he refused to fix his screw up (no,I didn’t ask for it fixed free). That was the straw that broke the camels back and it caused me to look back at how many things he screwed up and had to repair multiple times.

Obviously, the guy in Willis has a good following and it’s not for consistently providing poor service. I'd just go to the shop and talk to the guy. A person can usually sus out a bull ****ter with a 5 minute discussion and some Googling.
