    Bluebonnets

We haven't been out west to see the Bluebonnets, and wild flowers in years. When will they be in full bloom.

They are just getting started, 2-4 weeks should be prime.

Just starting in the hill country. I expect next week sometime to be in full bloom with the rain we had Thursday.

Getting great patches around Georgetown. I saw some long stretches of them from Mason to Llano yesterday.

Popping up everywhere near us on the fringe of the hill country in Helotes, should be a good year.

My wife would have loved it. I got out of the truck yesterday, and noticed the Bluebonnets in our yard. It made me think of her.

The bluebonnets are still coming along. If you go to see them please don’t stop in the middle of the highway like folks do on 290 near Brenham. Also, please respect private property and do not trespass.

Many in Colorado County and saw quite a few spots from here to Brazos County on Monday. Things going full on here in the yard. I like the mixture of Indian paintbrushes, Phlox and others mixed with the bluebonnets. Our road here is dominated by the phlox right now.
