Our Mexico ranch has doubled in size, and now looking for last couple pieces to our established group. If you’re trying to stay under $5k this isn’t that place. We’ve got roughly 3000 acs per hunter, and avging 160” deer this is our 4th year running the property and it’s hitting its stride. Several tbhrs have hunted over the years and still do. Yes sir it’s big country, takes a little more land than some of that prime red dirt country real estate. But none the less it can still produce

In my limited experience that red dirt is nice, until you show up at the border with it stuck to your truck! Ol buddy went right by a tick in the cape and was worried about mud on the running boards
