You will be shocked at how much you can sweat and loose weight doing Yoga on a little 2'x3' matt in your living room. I did P90X for several months and lost a lot of weight and got toned period, but that was many years ago. P90X is not only yoga, but it is a heck of a workout. Like I said, doing yoga will work your butt if done right!
