      If nothing else, good for counteracting the negative effects of sitting all day. I have a couple stretches i do from my office chair that help a ton with my hip pain (torn labrum)

        I agree with this statement 100%!! I also did p90X and can remember thinking yoga days gonna be a breeze. I know the first time I did it and cam back in the house my wife said I thought you were doing yoga today and i said I did but 47 minutes of vinyasa will kick your butt. I will say the 30 minutes of stretching and breathing really relaxed you though.
