If this is still considered “water front property” on the tax rolls because this stretch of the Perdenales hasn’t had much, if any, water in it in years.. It’s sad!!! I still remember riding jet boats up and down this same stretch back in the 80’s…

I’ve been crossing it regularly for the last 40 years and have seen the decline. Crazy to see it now.
Not many floating docks back then. Those were added slowly but they haven’t floated in many years now and with the lake level and water demand now, they probably never will again, at least not for any long periods of time.

Yea the lake is extremely low now..
I guess the only thing that will end the endless development is the lake actually being sucked dry and that will eventually happen.
