Brazilians eat "Cupim" AKA "Beef Hump," typically Brahman. The videos I've seen look great! Maybe ol CTom is on to something...

I've eaten the Brahman bull hump served at a Brazilian BBQ place. It was the best cut of meat that they offered.

From what I hear, not all Brazilian BBQ places offer it or they are very stingy/conservative with it and don't bring it out as frequently as other more common,. less expensive cuts of meat.

I would think that the camel hump would be tasty in the same way.

your going to want all that fat to render so I doubt its a good candidate for rare.

Brahman beef hump to camel hump, is apples and oranges. No ‘meat’ in camel hump, all fat.

I have eaten beef hump before at one of those Brazilian steakhouses in Houston. They come around with 5 or so big skewers and if you want some they slice some off. Very fatty and greasy.
