I may have. God only knows what types of meat I ate when in Egypt. Didn't ask cause I was pretty sure I didn't want to know.

      Lol exactly my first thought....

I've eaten the Brahman bull hump served at a Brazilian BBQ place. It was the best cut of meat that they offered.

From what I hear, not all Brazilian BBQ places offer it or they are very stingy/conservative with it and don't bring it out as frequently as other more common,. less expensive cuts of meat.

I would think that the camel hump would be tasty in the same way.

The truck bed pic momentarily made me forget I spend a large portion of my time killing animals to eat them

your going to want all that fat to render so I doubt its a good candidate for rare.

For everyone that has confessed to eating Camel hump or willing to try it….. don’t EVER let me hear y’all say that a Coon Azz will eat anything. I’d eat baked Nutria Rat or Possum Fajitas first.😎😎

Brahman beef hump to camel hump, is apples and oranges. No ‘meat’ in camel hump, all fat.

and, I agree 1000% with Gumbo.

Next thing you know someone will be asking if you ever ate the azz hole of a skunk.

I have eaten beef hump before at one of those Brazilian steakhouses in Houston. They come around with 5 or so big skewers and if you want some they slice some off. Very fatty and greasy.

I can (proudly?) say I ate BBQ'd nutria in Opelousas.
