    Calcium Scan Results

So they found “minimum “ calcium in my carotids and said “nothing was needed at the present time” and recommended a “heart healthy diet” and sex at least 5-8 times per week.

I was told the same thing. Now I have carpal tunnel, and I need an elbow brace.

              LMAO!

I'm no expert but from what I've researched, I'd make sure you're getting a lot of Omega-3's, Vitamin D and K2 while eating low inflammatory foods to make sure calcium gets properly transported to your bones and doesn't accumulate and harden in your arteries. Continued exercise is also your friend!

I don’t know…copious amounts of sex sounds far more therapeutic to me.

                              That's great news.
Be happy you seem to have a real doctor that didn't put you on statins right away.
