How to edit title of classified post?

How does one go about editing the title of a thread? I want to edit my firewood post to include post oak in the title? Any help is greatly appreciated?

Look at this post, there should be an Edit option next to the Quote option.

I tried that. I cannot change anything in the title of the thread. Any other suggestions?

Start a new one.

I would say flag the post and report the problem. But, there is no "Flag" button in the classifieds. So, no way to report a bad post or poster for anything, much less get something corrected. Classifieds is one place where it's really needed!

I guess you could lock the one you are trying to change and then start a new one. I think the classified threads are the only one the op can close or lock it.

I had the same issue for a recent post in the Classifieds forum. I pm'd Mary and she made the needed change to the title of the thread.
