A few weeks back in January I ran up to NM for a long weekend.

Started the new year off in Branson Mo. weather was brutal but we had a fun time at the koa. Just got back from south Texas last week on javi trip with friends. I think we have decided to put it on the market and go to a 5th wheel bunkhouse.

Slow start to the camping year, we spent the week between Christmas and New Year in Bandera and then a long weekend at Margaritaville RV Resort on Bolivar.

Thanks! It’s my compromise between a tent and a trailer lol I prefer being able to go where I want without thought to having a trailer behind us. The wife enjoys tent camping with me in ideal weather, but not when it’s overly hot, cold, or nasty weather. This gets us out more, and the boys love it!

We haven't really been "camping" yet (as in at an actual campground) but I've spent 9 nights in my camper in 2024, mostly at our lease and three nights when I helped guide a hunt in South Texas. We had our sausage making weekend in Blanco this past weekend and, of course, pulled the Imagine to "camp" in.

We are pulling it to College Station this weekend and staying at one of the RV lots on campus to celebrate my birthday on Saturday and Hannah's on Sunday. We're going to walk over to Olsen and catch the Saturday baseball game. The grandkids love "camping" with us, no matter where we are!

I’m packing the Sandpipet as we speak! We decided to make a spur of the moment trip to Lake Buchanan tomorrow! We’ll be staying at Lake Buchanan RV & Cabin Resort for 5 nights. We’re bringing our son’s sausage hound, Otis on his first trip. We don’t have anything special planned and are limited since we have Otis, but we just wanted to get away and make the best of it !! Pics to follow!

We will be in Alvin, next weekend for my granddaughters birthday. Then in April, we will be in Galveston at the Stella Mare rv park. A little pricey but it’s nice.

All set at Lot 58 across George Bush from West Campus. I’m planning on a birthday run tomorrow morning, followed by brunch/mimosas and then Aggie baseball with the fam tomorrow afternoon.

We did Splashway RV in Sheridan. I typically avoid these types places, but this time of year it’s not crowded and was top notch. Fishing, music, fire rings, sports.
