    Good chance of rain for the Houston area on Sunday so will probably be cooking inside. Chicken Wings or Fried Shrimp/Fish most likely and there will be a pot of something going.

        I'm waiting to see if I get volunteered to go to a party, or one shows up at my house. Hopefully neither so I can smoke ribs and get some work done or watch the game at my pleasure. It should be a pretty good game, but I hate both teams, so maybe I'll hit a square or two.

            I will be cooking a Deboned stuffed chicken (boudin) that I bought from Hebert’s. Not sure what other sides we will have with it.

                Like previously mentioned, weather isn't looking good in the Houston area. I am still going to try out the smoked queso, sausage balls, and smoked shotgun shells on the Meat Church site.

                  I am also doing a smoked queso on the Recteq. With Jalapeno poppers, meatballs and a ham bone & beans soup.

                  I might throw in ribs, brisket or pulled pork also. Depending on crowd approval.
