I'm a little surprised that someone hasn't already dented his noggin. You would think that, in all the years that he's been defrauding people, he would have eventually picked the wrong victim.

It really chaps me that this guy is able to find any property to lease in the first place. I've spent a lot of time looking for a pasture the last couple months, and learning of guys like this that have thousands of acres tied up to screw people just baffles me. I know a group of guys in Beaumont that got burned by him this last season. If it is not an instance already mentioned in this thread, it is another story that is identical to the stories above.

Wow, so glad someone finally exposed him.
My grandfather purchased an axis hunt from him at a Church auction for over $5,000 for me for my college graduation present.
Long story short, there were no axis on the ranch. We confronted him about it and said we could hunt whitetail. It was a 150 acre high fence trap with poor looking whitetails and some little scrub bucks. For $5,000 we said no thanks, let's get rebooked. He said he had them at another ranch. We did and went to another ranch and same thing. A few blackbuck in a small high fence trap.
The guy is an absolute POS.
