Need a roofer for new construction in Louisiana

I need some help! I need a roofer who can do new construction in Many, LA. I have a client who is acting as the gc since I'm not a licensed contractor there, I am just consulting on this job. The roofer we had lined up no longer has labor in the area as this job was originally bid 2 years ago. Any help is appreciated.
