I've been feeding year round for 14 years. 22 acres and the deer keep getting better and better. Cost prohibitive for most people but it doesn't matter to me. Haven't shot a deer yet but the day is coming. I have deer that are very good. My thought process is I know they won't stay on the property but they'll know since birth where the easy food is. Seems to be working for me.
