    Cf moto UForce 1000 xl

I have been looking at new UTV and found a brand called CF moto that makes a UTV called a uforce 1000XL that is similar to the crew cab Polaris Ranger 1000. Has anyone had any experience with these? The videos I’ve watched look pretty nice

Dealer in Houston tried to sell me on these. Said all the engines are made by CFMoto. I am worried about the aftermarket items and maintenance. I don't want to have a problem finding parts in the future...

I have a CFmoto 1000 and it has been a great machine. No issues so far and it was significantly cheaper than a polaris or a can am.

You can also find insight on CFMoto by searching for motorcycle reviews. CFMoto built a 450cc sportbike in 2023 that was intended to take market share from the Kawasaki Ninja 400, an extremely popular and reliable bike. CFMoto offers higher brand name components, like Brembo brakes and inverted forks, and better displays and accessories as standard equipment compared to the big 4 manufacturers. For consumers that are not interested in longevity the additional features are a big selling point.

However, when it comes to service, warranty, resale, frame/engine/gearing and transmission, CFMoto is a big question mark. For motorcycles, 90% of those sold never get used to the point where frame welds or other critical quality issues like engine assembly quality control become a significant risk. On a UTV though, those are in a rougher operating environment and quality control deficiencies will show up earlier.

CFMoto may make a good product but whether it is a durable product remains to be seen.

Put you a MSC or RNG clutch kit in it and you'll be just fine. Look it up on youtube. It is simple to do.

I have 2 friends that each have the CF Moto ZForce which is the sporty version. They both have had them for about 2 years and haven't had any issues with them. One of the guys is pretty hard on it and has actually rolled it at least twice. Other than some cosmetic damage it still runs and drives great. I think it might have a slightly smaller engine than the 1000 though.

I ended up buying a 1000xl and have 175 miles
on it so far. All just around the ranch and down the county road but so far it’s a good machine. I had a 2012 polaris ranger 800 and it’s definitely an upgrade from that.
