We are the largest OSB manufacturing company in the world so you would be working in a manufacturing facility. I don't have the pay structure off the top of my head, but pay is good with the opportunity to increase with demonstration of different levels of knowledge and experience. We are a 24/7/365 facility and would most likely be working rotating shift once becoming familiar with our facility- in a 28 day cycle you work 14 and off 14 with the longest day off stretch of 7 days.
