Question on area in Colorado/ mule deer

I have a mule deer hunt booked for this year Oct /nov in Colorado and will be hunting unit 42/421 ( private land) near rifle Colorado , anyone familiar with this area and deer populations? This will be my first time hunting in Colorado!

I’ve spent a lot of time hunting in that area, pretty good deer numbers on the public land, you should do even better on private with an outfitter.

I appreciate your response sir , I was reading some older post on another forum this morning and they were saying the deer numbers were way down in these units due to predation IE bears and lions as well as high hunting pressure, again this was a 4/5 year old post I was reading and your response gives me hope !
