also Apple made us change our password cause it was too simple. I tried to update apps and got a warning my password was no longer valid due to security issue. Ya think I would have gotten an email or something. I guess they are just being more secure with passwords.probably a good thing?

Before you fudge up your phone and delete everything on accident, just take it to the phone store later and tell them to do it. Even more experienced iphoners (like me ) have wiped out their contacts before

Just make sure you have a fast connection. Mine at the house (Highspeed cable) always times out before it finishes.
