Hit close to home for me. My company polished the elevators a month ago and sister-in-law was in the office building next door during explosion. I hope those hurt heal quickly and prayers to those lost.

The talk is gas explosion. But to the actual source of the leak probably hasn't been determined yet. I imagine the source wasnt hard to locate, but the "why" of the leak will take a bit

Given the number of injuries too I bet that they will take a bit to say the cause
