Need Processor Recommendation East of Rockwall

Just moved to Caddo mills and need a processor. I have always used Kubys in Dallas and still will but looking for something closer if I can get the same product. Butchermans doesn't take in wild game anymore so that's out. Thanks for the recommendations.

Gorman's is off 34 in Terrell, used them quiet a bit in the past. Landers in Garland off Lavon Drive near Walnut St, but I don't remember if he does hogs. Landers sends special orders out to Syracuse Meats if believe.
Rockwall has a guy but he is way much $$$.

Butcherman's off 66 in Royce City is great. I have used him on several occasions, and always had top quality work done. You are guaranteed to get your meat back too! He is pricey on sausage and such, but very good products.
