I killed a huge doe and would like to have the whole deer made into smoked links. Saw some pics on here of a group of you guys that get together after deer season and spend the day cooking. I’d like to join a group that does that. And of course I’ll share expenses. It’s just too dang expensive at the processor these days. I’m a retired school teacher in the Dallas area, Mesquite, and hunt in Childress, Texas. If there’s a group out there that has room for another guy, I’m interested.
