About 3 years ago my next door neighbor sold his place. Sellers agent is a buddy. He messaged me one day to let me know a buyers agent was viewing and saw a black panther on the back fence. Said lion was my barn cat, Ace (rest his rat-killing soul). Granted he was a decent size Tom cat.
