Recommendations for gun restoration

I have a S&W revolver I would like to have restored. I contacted S&W and according to the serial number it was produced in 1948. They do not accept any guns for restoration work produced prior to 1960, so it looks like I'll have to find someone else to do the work. I'd like to find someone in East Texas, but would be willing to travel or ship if needed.

Look at Ford's I think they are out of Florida. I read on another fourm recently that an individual had a revoler done 7 month trun around time frame.
