Mine where $40 a piece @ auto zone , I put on a set in march and in October it finally rained and the sun had ruined them = another set , two sets in a year is ridiculous

Because no one makes a regular friggin wiper anymore. Gotta have silicon water repellent ultra streak free fuel efficient ones. And every vehicle needs a different one. I buy the $14 rain x ones at Walmart. Last as good as the $40 ones.

Because everything is going/has gone up in the last few years, except for wages.

And the quality has gone down.

I cant hardly go into Home Depot anymore cause looking at the prices raises my blood pressure.

Because businesses are now using the IDIOT in office at the moment as an excuse to gouge us on pricing every chance they get PLUS the mark up was already ridiculously high.
6 years ago the average mark up in the parts store my son worked at was 200-250% and more in some instances. $60 car batteries selling for $200+..
He couldn’t believe it.
