    Need Building Sub near Brenham/CStat

Looking to do a custom build in an area that I don't typically build houses. I'm looking for quality subs for everything from the slab to the roof and all in between. Some of my subs will travel, but figured a local guy may be better anyhow. If you know anyone in the area that you'd recommend for any trades, please send me their name.

Good luck! Folks up that way are hard to pin down and get to work on your schedule. Seem to have enough work that they almost don't want to work more!

Call Tyler Renaudin. 713-208-7676. Good friend and he builds all over that area. Edit: Tyler is a GC, he may not want to share subs. But if you're looking for someone to build it for you, he can do it.

You should just hire a local GC from the Houston area that knows nothing about building homes and pay him way more than necessary to help you.

I probably couldn’t figure it out if you did the first time.
