    Weird scull!

One of my coworkers found this scull at work the other day. Doesn’t appear to have had eyes. About 3” in length. Anyone know what kind of critter it belonged to?

That’s wild and a first for me and I’ve been a taxidermist for 39 years.. Just about skinned it all.. I have no clue!!
Something that lives it’s life under ground would be my guess. Or birth defect.

I don’t know what kind it is, but the eyes could have been inside the hook shaped bones on the side .

I found one just like it 25 years ago in Concho County. Never could find a solid answer

My guess is its a partial armadillo skull

I believe that’s the cervical vertebrae section of an undetermined critter or partial coon. Click image for larger version

Definitely skull and eye sockets in the hooks on the side.

Part of a raccoon skull is my guess.

Maybe a vole skull or at least part of it.

                          Definitely not a scull.

What did the underside look like?
