Wood beam project

I’m thinking about making a wooden beam light set up to hang over a pool table in thr barn. I have two large 6x6x10’ crossarms that I will bolt together, probably 4-6” between them. I’m looking for some kind of light socket to install lights inside that pocket, between the crosssrms. Haven’t been to the hardware store yet to look for ideas, so if you know what i need, I’m all ears. It will be something like this.

Someone built a light very similar to this in the DIY section. Artoros(sp) maybe?
