Zach brought home the bacon this evening. We went out to see if he could stick one with his bow. Walking in to our pig blind, we saw that our popup had been toppled by the dang cattle. When we got to about 150 yards from our setup, we saw some hogs already coming down the trail about 150 yards to our left. We had Zach's rifle with us too, just in case we needed it. So he laid down prone, picked out the biggest hog, and dropped her in her tracks with the .25-06.
4:30pm and we were done. We picked up the trampled blind and chairs, took the good meat off the hog, and went to the house. That was easy.

We saw lots of deer too.
