Special permits for some exotics in Tx?

Just saw that three species of Antelope will no longer be able to be bred and hunted in Texas w/out a special hard to get permit .... Read a little on the Texas fish and Game web site , this is a really bad thing.. Anybody have any insight since I am just hearing of this.

Already a done deal thanks to the current adminstration.They had a meeting this week in Kerrville about all the details.I didn't get to go but I bet it was a spirited meeting.
