Hey guys, thanks for asking about me. I haven't been on here in a while other than cruising through the classifieds. It's just been a busy year for me with almost 0 hunting. I have sat exactly 1 hunt in the LBJ Grasslands back in early October. I'm outfitting and ranch consulting as well as still working in the oil patch. I got re-married and have just been spending a lot of time enjoying life with the family. Weddings in Jackson Hole are expensive so I wasn't able to get on a lease this year. I moved just south of Ft. Worth so the ol DCNF isn't in my back yard anymore. The public hunting opportunities around the metroplex aren't really worth the effort and time required to figure deer out on public. I'm guiding in S. Texas and E. Texas and watching customers blow them down but I haven't gotten to hunt much for me. I'm taking my daughter soon and maybe we can capture that. We've killed some big ones this year and I thought about doing a thread on it and then thought against it. It seems that the height of a fence makes a big deer irrelevant to some and I'm doing my level best to live the rest of my life as drama free as possible. It also doesn't help that I have no idea how to add TBH back to tapatalk since the update lol. I'll attach a few pictures and check in from time to time. Good to hear from y'all.

You'd think a man that has so much going for him, living his best life in the metromess of DFW would throw us SETX bottom dwellers a bone and share a couple of those magical Angelina NF hot spot locations with us. I tried to bribe him but not even a box of Christmas tree cakes could sway him.
