quick question: when you bottle it, do you have to boil the jars like when you are canning fruit/veggies.... or just pour it in mason jars and screw the cap on?

I have always just thrown it in there. There is enough alcohol to kill a full grown gorilla so I figure a few bugs don't stand a chance.

Never had a complaint.

Dang, I should've put the cinnamon sticks in the jars, oh well. I boiled the jars but I don't think you have to since as stated above, could kill a gorilla. I think I did too much sampling last night, ha ha . I used to float the river with a bunch of our ff's, haven't done that in a long time.
