It's a slightly unusual Kerrville knife. Middle archaic. Cool find

They were made huge. Mostly used fir processing cactus. They were certainly helpful in processing bison as well. Generally, one end of a chert cobble is left unfinished with cortex while the other end is worked into a nice blade. That is almost the way yours is made except the hand end of skinned off.

That there is a T-Rex arrowhead, it takes a pretty stiff spined arrow to get em to fly true.
