Thanks for the help: I'm not sure what a fruit phone is. I've got a droid, but I don't think it does quite you're describing here. I can highlight it and drag it to a "remove" bin, but I don't think that actually uninstalls it; just gets it off my shortcuts. I though there'd be some menu type of option, that would allow me to uninstall, kinda like on my desktop computer, but I haven't run across it yet, if it exists.

Search for tapatalk in the market.
Push uninstall. Wait a few seconds.
The button will then say install.
Push it and your done.easy peasy and no double charge.
