    Camera Not Triggering

We have 7 Moultrie Edge cameras running at our lease. They are all set (basically) the same, although one guy likes having 3 picture bursts and videos, etc. Anyway, my camera doesn't take pictures all the times it should. For example, it didn't take pictures of some activity I witnessed while in my blind last weekend. Also, I had one of the 'test' pictures show a sounder of pigs, but no pictures before or after.
Here is a picture from my camera. I am set up in a 'dome' of live oak trees (definitely 'darker' than any of our other set ups) and my camera faces almost due west.
Is there a reason the camera wouldn't trigger in this set up as much as it should?

I had a Moultrie not triggering. I lowered aim on it a bit and all is well.

This right here.^^^^^ Lower the aim. Happens with lots of cameras whether cellular are regular. At least it does my Bushnell and Tasco cams.

I have 2 of the new Edge Pro cameras. One has worked fine. The other is waiting on its second replacement in 30 days. They have no idea why it won’t send pics and just won’t communicate. This being the third time they think might be the solar panel. Waiting on new camera, battery pack and solar. Not impressed at all. I did need to adjust the other for best results
they advise 3-4 feet off the ground. I had that but had to aim it slightly lower than I first thought to get consistent pics
