Explosion in San Jacinto County

Wife said there was an explosion that looks to be at some sort of plant.

US 59 shut down completely. That is indeed close to Pat’s place‼️

Smoke heading to Livingston. What a mess...

Yep, about a mile from Pat's and 4 mile from my place as a crow fly's. Smoke is heading in the opposite direction from both of our homes, for now. Livingston has a shelter in place due to the smoke coming. It is a big mess.

Thanks, Killa should be good. Couple of my friends own the two house right next to this place. Their homes are ok, so Killa's house should be good. I don't have a clue as to why he is not answering. I will send him a text to check up on him also. I feel bad for the folks in Goodrich and Livingston, the smoke is crazy.

Thanks guys for checking in on me. As the crow flies this is about a mile north of me. As long as the wind keeps blowing from the south we are good. Prayers for the people on the north side of this.

Also talked to Pineywoods. He’s working at his new office in Splendora and OK but wife is shut down at her school with no A/C. Two kids are shut down at their high school. Dogs are outside. A neighbor is going to take care of them.
He an family are unharmed. But they are smack in the middle of the smoke plume in the Livingston area. May be a long drive for Josh going home this evening!!
