He didn't point it at you he just had it in his hand yelling at you? That right there tells me he wasn't in danger and knew it. He was on a power trip and wanted to be an *** to someone sounds to me like. Don't be pulling a gun out unless you're gonna use it. And most people have sense enough to know when they're going to have to use it. A girl walking up to your vehicle in a non-aggressive manner most likely ain't it.
