What to you think is the best smartphone available?

I am not interested in Mac OS.

I don't know if ATT carries it but i just switched from them to Verizon. Verizon was out of iPhones so I got the Droid Razr. I really like it actually better than my iPhone.

I am evaluating the Atrix and the Galaxy

I have used Blackberry's, Samsung Blackjack, Palm Pre, Palm Pre 2 all as corporate paid phones on ATT. I just got a Samsung Galazy S 2 and it is sweet. A little bigger than any phone I have had but it is super thin and light. I would recommend it in a heartbeat!
