EQIP $ for a tank- open up can of woems

I'm looking to get a little assistance to build a tank using some $ from EQIP but it seems like how I word things is critical... just looking for someone who has a history of doing successfully and can offer some help.. I've contacted the local office but just need little practical speak on the matter

What county? The NRCS office helped me out and pretty much wrote the entire plan. It wasn't for a pond, but for multiple other things.
