He’s a neighborhood deer so not huntable for sure. I was taking my evening walk and saw this guy and thought that may be the first mature deer I’ve seen in real life that the 13 inch rule would apply on a pretty mature deer. Kinda neat to watch. So is my guess right? Less than 13?
