To much technology. We should just go back to catching bass with our hands. No more stick&string. No spears cause that is tech for it's time. No boats. No nothing. Just hands.
I've tried to edit this post several times, tick the word "behinds", should be just hands.
The most likely outcome is BASS limits how many the guys can have on their boat. I don't think they will ban it.
It is boring as hell to watch and will kill co-angler participation in the opens.
The best way to combat it is to mix in some shallow water river deals where it won't be utilized as much. Stuff like the Mississippi river. I'm sure they thought that would be the case at Okeechobee and Santee Cooper this year but alas a swamp rat from LA and a redneck from OK, both who are shallow water guys, showed everybody how wrong they were.
Then you got AL redneck Kyle Welcher who has always been a shallow water power guy winning AOY and **** near winning a smallmouth tournament using FFS.
It is here to stay and you better figure out how to use it if you want to compete.
