Never had fish jerky but once. It was actually pretty good IF you could get past the smell!!! It smelled like an old dirty bait bucket‼️

There is enough siracha on it to cover that. I happened to like the smell of tuna anyway

I made YFT jerky from the one I caught a few years back on this trip. It didn't last long!
