Possible lease

I got a lead on a lease south of Crowell in Foard county. It's 2800 acres and will be about $2500 per hunter. I was told it's MLD but will have to get the details of level and all on that. Will be game managed and year round access.

Who would be interested? Will need to find 6 hunters to go in with me on this.
