Bellville meat market venison hot dogs

I haven't had their venison dogs but I have had their normal dogs. And they are the best I've ever had by far.

I really like their smoked sausage products. They are very expensive. I bite the bullet though because of their end product (especially chipotle). I only do smoked sausage with them.

Not a fan of how they vacuum package cutlets, etc (other smoked sausage links). Their bags always seem to bust.

you will hear many poor mouth them because of their pricing.

They don’t do batch grinding. Nothing worse than getting someone’s half spoiled meat back in grind.What you take in is your meat. Never had one of their vacuum sealed bags come apart. Their maple pan sausage and link sausage is excellent. Streaks are tenderized if you ask. Dried chipotle stick sausage is great.

I've used them exclusively for 15 years and won't be taking deer anywhere else. They are higher priced, but the quality and awesome customer service are worth every penny. Also the family are big supporters of the community and that means alot to me.

They are $$$$$ expensive but nowadays all of them are. They are as good as any decent processor but I personally don't care for the toughness of their collagen casings. You could definitely do worse though.

That is the one thing I've never considered, but I may have to get some made. I take my FFA pigs there as well as deer. Well worth the extra $$$ and less than an hour from the house.

I got 25 lbs worth last deer season from them. The Vienna Hot dogs is what i think they call them. They are good the only knock i have is they use sausage casing i guess so if you grill them they do have a crispy sausage exterior if that makes any since. Their Bratwurst however are amazing.

Knock probably wasnt the right word as i and my wife both like them however our 2 little ones are not fans of them as they are different than the "store bought" hot dogs.

for reference though i get it all done at bellville from smoked sausage to tamales, brats, hotdogs and grind and while they are pricey i have yet to have anything i didnt like from there.
